Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your DC Shoes purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, secure the package with tape, and attach the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
